Meals

Interview with pete, Jake, Billy and Kara

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
pete: 3
Jake: 3 if anyone bothered to wake me up for breakfast, a heavy sleeper with no alarm clock gets very hungry.
Billy: 3
Kara: Three meals a day.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
pete: No flavor but filled my stomache
Jake: On a five star critics review, I would give most meals a half star. Occasionally 1, but few and far between. The fresh fruit was good occasionally, ya know, when it was fresh.
Billy: it was edible.
Kara: Not edible for most of it.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
pete: I liked dinner disliked breakfast
Jake: Waffles.. only got them once, but it was an amazing experience.
Billy: it all sucked but was edible
Kara: No. Nothing was edible. It was literally slop.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
pete: Yes
Jake: Commisary. I was sent money 4-5 days after being processed. I didn't get my wristband, with the money on it, until 2 weeks later. I was released the next day.
Billy: no
Kara: If you had money for commissary you had access to some normal snack foods.
